Our client, a busy and well-established pharmacy in Dublin, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to lead their dispensary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills to step into a senior role with long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services in compliance with PSI regulations * Lead, mentor and support the dispensary team * Provide excellent patient care and professional advice * Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy including stock control and administration * Drive professional standards and ensure best practice at all times Requirements: * Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) * Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience * Proven leadership and people management skills * Strong clinical and organisational ability * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills If you are an experienced pharmacist ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
