Title: HR Manager and Operations Location: Dublin, Ireland Contract type: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days are WFH Salary: Up to €100,000 - Dependent on experience Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English Sector: Technology and retail The role in a nutshell: HR generalist looking after HR lifecycle, payroll, compliance and supplier management Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Employee lifecycle Writing and posting job ads Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, agencies, referrals) Screening CVs and conducting interviews Candidate onboarding: Managing offers and employment contracts Organizing induction and training Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures Payroll Benefits admin Preparing new hire documentation (contracts, payroll, benefits setup) Liaising with external providers re the administering of salaries, bonuses, and benefits (pensions, insurance, etc.) Conducting salary benchmarking and reviews Ensuring compliance with EU payroll and tax regulations.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities and supply management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate company events.
Requirements: At least CIPD 5 Fluent Mandarin English Located in the Dublin area or happy to relocate to the Dublin area Minimum 5 years' HR experience gained in the EU in a large company Good knowledge of EU employment regulations
