Job Title: Bed Manager, Hybrid Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced nurse manager to oversee all scheduling, admissions, and bed management within a private Dublin-based nursing home group.
This is a part-time hybrid role that offers excellent career development opportunities within a growing organisation. You will work in collaboration with the client relationship manager to implement admission and discharge policies.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and guiding the implementation of homes admission and discharge policies in consultation with the care coordination team and senior management;
* Building close working relationships with local hospitals and other service providers;
* Holding responsibility for budgetary management, operational planning, and implementation;
* Educated at primary qualification level in a relevant healthcare-related field (e.g. Nursing, HSCP, Business or Finance, Quality and HR);
* Demonstrable experience at Senior Management Level in a similar role;
* Able to achieve results through multi-disciplinary and cross-sectoral working in a related service; and
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
