* Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
* Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences, including lifeguards, fitness instructors, and front-of-house personnel.
* Promote membership campaigns, events, and social media engagement to foster community involvement.
* Monitor key performance indicators, payroll, and financial metrics to achieve targets.
* Cultivate team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Develop marketing strategies to increase participation in club activities.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and pool plant operations.
