We are seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to join our Accounting, Tax and Structuring (ATS) team, supporting the continued growth of an expanding international business. This role is well suited to a qualified accountant and tax professional who is looking to further develop in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Reporting to the Senior Manager of ATS, you will predominantly be responsible for all Irish tax compliance deliverables including corporation tax and iXBRL, VAT, IUT, FATCA / CRS and payroll. As well as this, you will be responsible for ad‑hoc tax requests and supporting tax departments in other jurisdictions. Based in Limerick, this is an excellent opportunity to build broad experience and contribute to a high‑performing client servicing team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the organization and management of tax‑related documents and information to ensure timely and accurate processing.Establish workflows, procedures and best practices for communication and completion of distinct types of tax reporting.Participate in governance committees and other oversight mechanisms and provide feedback on processes.Serve as an analytical person and provide exceptional client servicing, responding to inquiries, and supporting clients with tax‑related matters.Preparing and reviewing tax client deliverables including corporation tax returns, VAT returns, IUT returns, FATCA / CRS reporting, tax provisioning, tax accounting and reporting work.Corresponding with Revenue with respect to Compliance Intervention Notifications.Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training our trainee group to be best in class in the delivery of tax compliance services and playing an active role in their performance appraisal process.Identifying cross‑selling opportunities within our compliance portfolio and referring same to the wider firm.Supporting the ATS senior management team in the ongoing management and advancement of the tax compliance business and helping to design DM's future tax compliance processes and how we deliver our products.What you will needTax Qualified (ITI / CAI) and minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience.Attention to detail and a practical mindset.Excellent verbal and written skills for consulting with internal partners, external vendors, and other stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to work independently.Preference for experience with Alphatax.Work of the highest quality and technical competence.Legal entitlement to live and work in Ireland.What you can expectAttractive compensation package.Supportive for continuous professional development.Collaborative, high performing and internationally focused team.Training, as required, in all aspects of our business.The opportunity to work with large, well known clients including listed entities.The opportunity to grow and develop our tax department.About UsAt DM Financial, we don’t just hire accountants — we develop future leaders.
