Job Description:
Lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct internal audits and implement quality improvement initiatives. Recruit, train, and develop staff members while promoting innovation and accountability throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years management experience in older person care.
A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or related discipline would be advantageous.
