Seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Generalist.
About Your New Role
* As a key point of contact, you will handle employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits, data, HR systems, and pay across multiple regions.
* You will support queries via phone or case management system with a customer-centric approach.
You will:
* Respond to employee inquiries using various tools and knowledge bases.
* Administer HR-related processes for internal customers, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Build strong relationships with HR teams and process partners to enhance understanding and delivery.
* Record all interactions and resolutions in a customer relationship management system.
What Skills Do You Need?
* Proficiency in English is essential.
* Experience in call centres or HR Shared Service Centres is advantageous.
* An HR qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Familiarity with HR software (Workday, Service Now, People Soft, SAP) is a plus.
