A growing Irish investment firm is looking to hire a Qualified Accountant to join its finance team, supporting a portfolio of real estate assets across Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly financial and management reporting packs for institutional clients
Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
Supporting annual budgeting and variance analysis alongside asset management teams
Building strong relationships with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
Assisting with external audits and ensuring timely delivery of requirements
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Ideal Candidate
Fully qualified ACA / ACCA with 2-3 years PQE
Strong experience in management accounts and financial reporting
Property sector experience is advantageous (not essential)
Strong Excel and accounting systems skills (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks beneficial)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
