Our company is recognized for technical expertise, outstanding service, and nationwide delivery capabilities. With growing demand and evolving technology in the sector, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales manager.
Role Overview
This office based role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong ability to increase sales, support existing customers, and manage a small team of parts advisors.
You will lead day to day inbound sales requests, be focused on maintaining margins, upselling components and relationship management efforts, while promoting our leading-edge product range to motor factors, fleet operators, and heavy-duty workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive internal sales, manage margins, orders and develop customer relationships via excellence in customer service.
* Promote and upsell high-performance Air Brake Components, Turbochargers, and associated product lines from premium suppliers such as EBS, Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Haldex, Master Frenios, Garrett, BorgWarner, Holset, Mitsubishi, IHI, and BMTS.
* Develop relationships with independent motor factors, CV parts suppliers, workshop networks, and fleet maintenance operations.
* Manage new business requests, account development and Tender applications.
* Partner with technical and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
* Maintain customer databases, identify sales leads for future business.
* Control returns processing, and deliver customer credits in a timely customer focused manner.
* Represent the business at trade shows, and complete product training at supplier facilities as required
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer relationship role (Automotive experience would be an advantage, but as this is a customer relationship / sales role, any proven sales experience would be desirable)
* Understanding of sustainable B2B selling and customer development.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a small team of parts advisors, work well with other departments, and consistently meet or exceed internal sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in MS Office(Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
