Senior Manager – Digital and Data & Operational Excellence
Lead the integration of Digital, Data, and Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement in Sterile Drug Product (SDP) Operations. Ensure solutions are value-driven, effectively adopted, and sustained. Build capability across Digital, Data Analytics, and OpEx, while embedding the OpEx business system and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Define and deliver the OpEx roadmap aligned to business priorities
Deploy and sustain the OpEx business system as the standard way of working
Embed Tiered Management, KPIs, KBIs, and visual management to track progress and drive accountability
Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
Build OpEx capability through coaching, training, and certification
Digital Excellence
Define and deliver the SDP digital roadmap aligned to the campus digital strategy
Translate global and network transformations (e.g. Fusion) into practical site-level execution
Ensure change management, communication, and engagement are embedded in all SDP transformation efforts
Represent SDP operations at the AI Community of Practice
Integrate digital into OpEx systems (e.g. digital Tier boards and Scorecards)
Partner with BIT/Digital for scalable, business-led solutions
Data Excellence
Define SDP data strategy, governance, and standards (single source of truth)
Deploy dashboards and analytics for real-time performance visibility
Enable predictive and diagnostic insights for decision‑making
Build data literacy and drive evidence‑based decisions
Experience
Strong background in Operational Excellence systems and Lean Six Sigma tools
At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx), with a proven track record of delivering process improvement and operational efficiency outcomes
Experience delivering digital and/or data‑led transformation
Proven ability to lead change at scale and drive adoption
Strong track record influencing in a matrix organisation
Education
Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
Digital, Data, and Change qualifications (preferred)
