Job Title: Business Analyst – Payments, Fraud & SCAContract Duration: Initial 6-month contract (extendable)Start Date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments, Fraud, and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to join the Banking Consulting Group. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution architecture and design, development support, UAT, and deployment.The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience within the banking and financial services sector, with a strong background in large-scale regulatory and payments transformation projects. This role requires close collaboration with client business and IT stakeholders, as well as internal development teams, to deliver high-quality payment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirementsMap and document business processes and payment workflowsContribute to solution architecture and functional design discussionsSupport development, testing, UAT, and deployment activitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Payments, Fraud, and SCALead domain discussions and provide consultancy to BFSI clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in Payments domainStrong expertise in Fraud Prevention and SCA regulations/processesProven experience in Business Analysis for Payments solutionsExperience working on large regulatory or transformation programmesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead functional and domain discussions with BFSI customersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
