Education Facilitator - Haematology Oncology
As an Education Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the education of nursing staff undertaking the Foundation Programme in Haematology - Oncology Nursing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and deliver course content, facilitate students throughout their learning journey and contribute to the growth and development of our nurses.
* Develop and deliver high-quality educational content that meets the learning needs of nursing staff.
* Coordinate ongoing education and support for nursing staff in the Haematology - Oncology environment.
* Evaluate and implement changes to course content based on feedback from learners and stakeholders.
* Promote the Foundation Programme in Haematology - Oncology both internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. You will also need to have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RCN/RGN) with 5 years paediatric experience.
* Graduate Diploma in appropriate speciality or willingness to undertake within 2 years.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Haematology-Oncology.
* Succesfully completed a Preceptorship programme.
