Administrator/Receptionist Dineen Crash Repairs Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to join one of Munsters leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our new office at Matthew Hill, Lenaghamore, Cork Role Overview: This is fast paced and busy office where the Administrator/Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
Your exceptional communication skills and warm demeanour will ensure a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our company.
This position requires excellent English both oral and written.

Principle duties and responsibilities: Greeting customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries and emails and provide accurate information to the management team.
Provide office support services to other departments in the company.
Maintaining and updating our CRM system.
Liaise with the management team in an efficient manner.
Assist with the administrative tasks for other departments, including, mail handling, data entry and filing.
Desired skills and attributes: 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role.
Previous administration experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-performing, busy and fast-paced environment.
