Key Responsibilities Dish Preparation & Presentation: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to our set recipes and customer expectations.
Section Supervision: Take responsibility for a specific kitchen section, guiding and supporting junior staff to deliver excellent results.
Stock Management: Track ingredient levels, manage stock rotation, and contribute to ordering to minimize waste.
Menu Input & Creativity: Actively participate in developing new menu items and daily specials, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety, fully complying with all HACCP protocols.
Requirements Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
Remuneration We offer a competitive salary of €34,000 per annum.
The starting date for this position is October 15, 2025.
