Our client, a well-established company, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team on a 4-day week basis. Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.
2. Respond to payroll-related queries.
3. Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system.
4. Prepare weekly payroll reports for management.
5. Support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks.
6. Manage the payroll exit process for departing employees.
Requirements:
7. IPASS qualification
8. 1–2 years experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce.
9. Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
