This role is designed for a graduate looking to build a career within a commercial team in a growing medical device company. The Commercial Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day commercial activities across sales, marketing, operations, and administration. Responsibilities will include content creation, website updates, CRM management, event coordination, and general commercial support.This is a varied, hands‑on role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and develop into more specialised commercial functions over time.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Sales SupportAssist the Commercial Team across day‑to‑day sales and marketing activitiesPrepare presentations, proposals, and reportsSupport distributor setup, communications and follow‑upsMaintain accurate distributor training recordsTrack and report on commercial activity and performanceCRM & Data ManagementInput and maintain data within the CRM systemTrack leads, opportunities, and customer interactionsAssist in generating reports and insights to support decision‑makingContent SupportContribute to the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social content)Support development and execution of content plansManage updates to the company website (new content, product updates, news items)Support social media activity (primarily LinkedIn)Event & Logistics SupportAssist in planning and coordination of conferences and events (e.g. OTA)Coordinate shipment of marketing materials and product kitsLiaise with suppliers for print, promotional materials, and event setupAdministrative & Operational SupportMonitor shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses or escalationSupport documentation and organisation of commercial materialsAssist with internal reporting and tracking of key activitiesProvide general administrative support to the commercial teamWhat We’re Looking ForStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and willing to learnComfortable working across a variety of tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to work on own initiativeStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)Qualifications & BackgroundDegree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related disciplineRecent graduate or early career (0–2 years’ experience)Interest in commercial, sales, or marketing functionsDesired (Not Essential)Experience using CRM systemsExperience creating content for presentations, websites, or social mediaFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel dashboards)Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and TeamsBasic understanding of website content management or analytics tools
