Location:Dublin City Centre Hybrid:Yes - 3 days in the office Compensation: €65-70k ACCPO are working with an Irish FMCG with global reach to recruit for a Procurement Category Specialist on an initial 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years procurement experience, ideally within FMCG.. The role reports to the Procurement Category manager. Salary guide €65-70k Responsibilities: Support the development of category strategy in-line with the overall procurement planning Understand the product portfolio and spend to support supply chain solution Assist in the development of the warehouse and logistics category procurement Assist in managing risk by analyzing current/future market transport conditions Support the development of the contracting process & frameworks Ensure that commercial relationships between the suppliers and business requirements are aligned Deliver cost improvement through sourcing plans Serve as an escalation point to internal business stakeholders for supplier relationship concerns Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for key suppliers.
