Candidate would have oversight for 2-3 sites with Integrated teams in place
The Account Managers for those sites report directly to this individual
Driving continuous improvement through delivery and implementation of projects that present savings and cost benefits for the customer
Key point of contact for escalations from Customer and internal
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to achieve optimal outcomes aligned with customer objectives.
Oversee KPI's
Attend meetings with customer stakeholders and relevant departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
Ability to work with detailed information in a structured manner.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidate must have worked with multi-sites (multi-site operational accountability/procurement/operations service delivery from a supply chain/logistics background to be considered)
