Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
* Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
* Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Evaluating and approving payments to contractors and suppliers.
Key Skills Required
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
