About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused People Operations & Compliance Administrator to support the effective operation of our people systems and ensure ongoing compliance.This role is central to maintaining accurate people data, supporting compliance activities, and assisting the Senior People Lead with people-related systems, reporting, and integration work arising from organisational growth and acquisitions. The role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes in a professional, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage and interpret HR data accurately and confidentially. They will have a strong understanding of contracts of employment and Irish employment law and be capable of applying this knowledge in a practical and compliant manner. Experience supporting organisational change or acquisition integrations is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.Compliance & GovernanceUpdating and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation across HR systems (Bamboo HR) and personnel files in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.Support the wider team on acquisition integrations in terms of compliance and system set up etc.Co-ordinate payroll data changes and liaise with the payroll department to ensure accuracy across all systems.HR SystemsAdminister and maintain the organisation's HR Information System (Bamboo HR), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries and user support.Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports, including turnover, absence, and dashboards for management.Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HR modules.General HR SupportProvide administrative support across the HR function.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.Preparing letters across the employee lifecycle including TUPE documentation and references.Collaborate with the People team on People related projects as required.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. Essential RequirementsRelevant HR qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree).Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administration, systems, or compliance-focused role.Strong administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
