As we scale our operations, we are seeking a driven and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities and support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company's supply chain and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. A critical part of this role involves supporting the successful implementation of a new ERP system, which will enhance visibility and control across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in supply chain management within the medical device or regulated manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
 * Lead and manage all supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
 * Develop and implement supply chain business processes that align with business objectives.
 * Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
 * Manage inventory and warehousing to support business growth.
 * Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
 * Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g. FDA, ISO
ERP System Implementation:
 * Act as the supply chain lead in the ERP system implementation project.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, QA/RA) to define supply chain requirements and workflows.
 * Support data migration, process mapping, and user acceptance testing related to supply chain functions.
 * Train and support end-users on ERP supply chain modules and processes.
 * Identify and help resolve issues during and after ERP system go-live.
Leadership & Collaboration:
 * Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, Sales, QA) to align supply chain capabilities with company growth.
 * Drive cost savings and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing and lean supply chain practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
 * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
 * 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
 * Hands-on experience supporting or leading ERP system implementation (e.g., Priority, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
 * Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement.
 * Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.).
 * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
