Recruitment Consultant at Fruition Group My Dublin based client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their technology team in Dublin.
This role requires a candidate with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support security enhancements, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and define technical and functional requirements related to cybersecurity projects.
Act as a liaison between security specialists and operational teams to ensure strategic alignment with organisational objectives.
Assess current business processes, identify operational or security gaps, and recommend appropriate enhancements.
Produce comprehensive documentation that adheres to team standards, such as business requirement documents, process flows, business cases, cost estimates, training materials, and acceptance criteria.
Compile and present high-level reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress and incorporating their feedback.
Contribute to risk analysis activities and recommend mitigations to bolster information security.
Support audit and compliance activities, particularly around standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.
Develop test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and perform quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Skilled in tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalent for process mapping and analysis.
Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection is advantageous.
Certifications such as CBAP, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are beneficial.
Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps practices is preferred.
