Hotel Talent is currently seeking a Meetings & Events Executive on behalf of a prestigious 4-star property located in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional event experiences for corporate clients, private functions, and special occasions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full coordination of meetings, conferences, and private events from initial enquiry through to execution. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor bespoke packages that align with hotel standards and budgets. Collaborate closely with the operations, F&B, and sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Conduct site visits, prepare function sheets, and manage all administrative elements of the events process. Support the Meetings & Events Manager with forecasting, reporting, and post-event feedback.
