Pleased to work with a very well established Debt Advisory Partner who is currently looking to add to his busy team.RoleAssist in leading the Debt Advisory deal team on transactions from cradle to grave, acting as the key client contact throughout a transactionAssist with the management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analysis and client communicationsPreparation of industry/company research for both deal origination and transaction analysisFinancial modelling, including analysing business forecasts, evaluating scenario analysis and covenant calculationsNegotiating commercial terms related to debt structuring within a term sheetContributing to all marketing and business development activitiesActive development of own network – lawyers, business owners, banks etc.CandidateQualified accountant ideally5+ years experience in an Irish Debt Advisory or Corporate Lending teamStrong numeric skills, including financial modellingExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable networkingExperience of originating deals in the Irish marketInterested candidates please contact Nicola Flavin via LinkedIn or email nflavin@steeringpoint.ie
