Chef de Partie – Renowned Restaurant & Steakhouse | South County Dublin
We're recruiting on behalf of a hugely popular, well-established restaurant and steakhouse in South County Dublin (accessable – known for its buzzing atmosphere, loyal customer base, and commitment to exceptional food made with the best ingredients.
They're now looking for a Chef de Partie who's ready to bring their skills, creativity, and passion to a kitchen that values quality, teamwork, and growth.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of a talented brigade, working across all sections of the kitchen. You'll be hands-on with premium Irish meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce, helping to deliver consistently high standards during busy services.
This is a kitchen where pace meets precision – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Running your section with confidence and consistency during service
2. Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard using fresh, quality ingredients
3. Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider team
4. Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
5. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
6. Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What You'll Need
7. 3+ years' experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a similar role
8. Strong skills across all sections (grill, sauce, larder, etc.)
9. Genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality products
10. Calm, focused approach under pressure
11. A team-first attitude – someone who supports others and communicates well
