You will lead high-impact projects, apply solid financial understanding, and use technology (including AI) to deliver at pace. As you grow, your role will evolve -with opportunities to take on greater responsibility and drive strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, structure and execute projects rapidly, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.Use AI and technology to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and improve delivery quality.Apply financial and commercial insight to evaluate project viability, costs, and potential return.Develop robust business cases, using data and market intelligence.Coordinate internal and external experts, keeping teams aligned and accountable.Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across different industries.Produce concise project updates, outlining progress, impact, risks, and actions.Identify bottlenecks and solve problems quickly, keeping projects moving.Take ownership of strategic or operational projects, such as template-based website creation or process improvement.You will also take responsibility for managing the Group's Innovation Hub, ensuring meetings are well structured, outputs are documented, and project actions are progressed.
