Job Description:

We require a Project Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of Life Safety & Fire Suppression Projects in Ireland and Europe.
Main tasks:
* Lead and manage multiple Life Safety & Fire Suppression projects simultaneously
* Manage all technical, engineering and operational staff on site including Company sub-contractors;
* Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients
* Attend project progress meetings, commercial meetings, commissioning meetings, etc.
* Ensure projects comply with regulatory technical standards, project specifications and safety regulations.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Track project performance, cost control, and risk management to ensure that projects achieve agreed milestones and are on budget
* Review submittals, drawings, and specifications
* Manage procurement and delivery of materials
* Conduct regular site visits and quality assurance checks
* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
* Produce weekly reports for senior management
* Plan and co-ordinate deliveries of materials;
* Constantly reinforce the health & safety culture, striving for an accident free project
Necessary Skills & Experience:
* 3rd Level qualification in Construction Management / Project Management / Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years High Level Project Management or Contract Management experience
* Excellent knowledge of Life Safety Systems.
* Fire Alarm Systems
* PA/VA Systems
* Gas Detection Systems
* Disabled Refuge Systems
* Excellent knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems (Gas and Water Mist).
* Excellent knowledge of appropriate Standards
* Experience in mechanical systems is desirable.
* Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully seeing projects through to completion.
* Proficient in the use of Project Management software.
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
