With a wide range of services, we partner with clients to proactively optimize workplace safety standards and compliance.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Health and Safety Consultant to join our team, we have projects throughout Ireland, the role would be most suitable for someone based within a reasonable travel distance of Dublin but also open to regular travel to Connacht, Midlands and Munster. The role has the flexibility to work partially from home one day per week.In this role, you will conduct site safety inspections, develop health and safety documentation, provide health and safety training, and support clients in achieving accreditation and compliance goals. You will also assist with risk management and design safety initiatives for industries we serve.We have a growing client base in Connacht, Midlands and Munster as well as a large amount of live projects in the wider Dublin region.QualificationsPrior experience in the Construction industry is essential.Coming from a trade or construction management background would be beneficial.A minimum of 2 years experience in a Health & Safety role working for a consultancy.Health & Safety related qualification.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a logical approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of industry-related certifications such as ISO, Safe T Cert etc would be advantageousA degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatoryBenefitsBenefits package and structure is dependent on experience
