As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products. Job responsibilities
* Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions in an agile team environment
* Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain efficient algorithms
* Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with project requirements
* Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to drive continuous improvement of applications
* Contribute to engineering communities of practice and technology events
* Support the integration of private and public cloud platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
* Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
* Applied front-end software development experience
* Experience in responsive web design across multiple platforms
* Advanced skills in front-end technologies including CSS3, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
* Experience with CMS (AEM) and personalization implementation
* Proficiency in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages
* Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
* Understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
* Practical experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS)
