This busy, large Dublin four star property is currently recruiting a proven Corporate Sales Manager to further develop local, national and global corporate business.

Key responsibilities:

* Source and win new business and actively sell the image and services of the hotel within the local corporate community.
* Identify new global RPF opportunities.
* Develop and nurture relationships for the hotel with key national & global clients through ongoing account management.
* Collaborate with DOS on proactive sales strategy to generate new business and accounts for all hotels.
* Participate fully in all sales activities, ie telesales, sales calls, corporate entertaining, fam trips etc.
* Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer-led events as appropriate.
* Collaborate with DOS on rate strategy, forecasting for owned segments and identifying & analysing opportunities.
* Undertake monthly corporate tracking of key accounts to monitor production and identify decreases, taking necessary action to remedy same.
* Analysis of GDS production reports & market intelligence information to develop this business channel for the hotels.
* Timely production of monthly & ad hoc reports.
* Execute actions from quarterly sales activity plans to support business needs.

The ideal candidate:

* Minimum of two years’ experience as Sales Manager/Corporate Sales Manager within a luxury four-star property.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Dublin/national/global corporate markets.
* Experience of working with global clients & agencies.
* Proven track record of successfully achieving/exceeding all sales targets.
* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills.
* Excellent IT skills across a variety of sales-related platforms, ieCRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver.
* Attention to detail with clear and accurate reporting ability.
