Experienced Maintenance Manufacturing Technician
The Experienced Maintenance Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of functions associated with wafer production, including operations, equipment, process and training.
* Equipment maintenance and repair, equipment troubleshooting, defect reduction, and other duties as required to support Fab objectives.
* Able to work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools, test equipment, problem solving techniques and communication.

Qualifications
* National Framework Qualification (NFQ) L6/L7 qualification in a technical discipline.
* The candidate must possess at least one of the following experience requirements:
o 3+ years of technical/semiconductor/pharmaceutical/biomedical/medical device manufacturing experience.
o 3+ years of experience performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance in a highly regulated environment.
o 3+ years of experience in electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation in a highly regulated environment.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance on Semiconductor equipment.
* Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures, and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
* Knowledge of process control systems.
* Experience in troubleshooting using schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
* Experience in maintaining vacuum systems, precision mechanical equipment or Rf systems.
* Commitment to travel on assignment for varying duration depending on business need.
* This role is based on a monthly rotating shift pattern.
