Northdoc GP Out of Hours Services based in DublinFull-Time | 7-Month Contract (Possible Extension)Salary: €35,000–€41,000 DOEAbout the roleWe're looking for an organised Healthcare Roster & Scheduling Coordinator to support our out-of-hours urgent GP care teams across Dublin.You'll manage staff rosters, scheduling clinical teams and our workforce.This role offers working from home and office, flexible hours, and full training on our systems.What you'll do· Build and manage monthly/quarterly/annual rosters· Process annual leave, shift swaps, and availability changes· Keep accurate records of scheduling updates· Prepare monthly payroll reportsFlexible Cover· Provide shared weekend/on‑call standby cover· Handle real-time scheduling issues during busy periodsTeam Collaboration· Work closely with GPs, Nurses, Receptionists, Drivers, Call Takers, and management· Support onboarding of new team members· Build strong working relationships across multiple GP co‑opsEssential Requirements· At least one year of experience in rostering and scheduling, whether that's formal rostering systems or equivalent workforce coordination experience· Excellent organisation & time‑management· Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly· Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal· Team-oriented approach with collaborative working stylePreferred Experience· Background in the healthcare sector· Familiarity with online roster management systemsWhat we offer· Hybrid / remote‑first working· Flexible core hours· Full training on roster management systems· 7‑month contract with potential for extension· You join a collaborative team that makes a real impact in community healthcareHow to applySubmit your CV and a short cover letter explaining your interest and suitability for the role.We respond to all applications within ten working days.Northdoc Medical Services CLG is an equal opportunity employer.About Northdoc Medical ServicesNorthdoc Medical Services CLG provides essential out-of-hours Urgent GP care services in E Doc in South Dublin and D Doc in North Dublin.
