Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
1. To provide support to individuals accessing JADD's drop‑in service.
2. To provide advocacy support to individuals with drug problems.
3. To make referrals to external services and agencies.
4. To ensure that all service users are treated with respect and are supported to meet their goals.
5. To attend weekly staff meeting and provide updates as appropriate.
6. To collect and maintain client information in a confidential and professional manner.
7. To record and update data – both database and hard files.
8. To develop reports as requested.
9. Other duties as directed by line supervisor.
10. Attend and participate in training, as required.
* Experience/Training in this field is an advantage for this position.
* Full training will be provided in relation to the above.
