As a Resident Engineer, you will be the key representative on-site, ensuring successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects across multiple disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include: Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Contract Administration: Administer commercial aspects of contracts, including assessment of interim and final accounts, variations, claims, and contractor performance against KPIs.
Ensure works are carried out in line with contract documents and specifications, including rigorous testing and quality assurance.
