Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client, are currently recruiting for the position of Part Time Grade IV Clerical Officer in Dublin 18. This is a Grade IV role. The working week will consist of 17.5 hours, between Monday - Friday (schedule to be decided between successful candidate & line manager). Please note the role is fully on-site. The hourly rate of pay is €19.30. *This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* Temporary - 12 Month Contract Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The post-holder will undertake secretarial, clerical and administrative duties which would involve typing, data analysis & entry and customer service. Maintain compliance with all mandatory training. Specific Accountability Report to the Data Manager (or designated Deputy), working closely with key service leads across departments. Provide strategic and operational administrative support to multiple service areas within the department, including the volunteer service. Take ownership of designated workstreams, actively managing priorities, workflows, and timelines to deliver efficient, data-informed, and user-focused administrative services. Outline of Duties and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Deliver administrative support across a range of services within the Customer Experience and Data function, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations. Collate, monitor, and help action customer and stakeholder feedback (including uSPEQ questionnaires), contributing to continuous quality improvement and a culture of excellence. Support the development and analysis of data and statistics to inform service planning and reporting. Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with administrative tasks related to the volunteer onboarding process, including communication with applicants and supporting steps in the application journey. Support the maintenance of accurate volunteer records and database updates, with attention to data protection (GDPR) and consistent reporting metrics. Assist in the preparation, collation, and presentation of data and reports related to key performance areas. Assist with special projects such as audits, volunteer engagement, and accreditation preparation. Provide administrative support with meeting scheduling, document formatting, and file organisation. Track policy and SOP status and assist in preparing document formatting and file organisation. Coordinate, including logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up on actions and suggestions. Manage day-to-day correspondence, queries, and communications for the department with professionalism and efficiency. Provide minute-taking support at key meetings. Champion best practices in general office procedures, ensuring systems are efficient, accurate, and future-ready. Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and administrative processes. Collaborate on initiatives that enhance the patient and volunteer experience. Liaise with staff in other departments, the public and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous and professional manner. This is an immediate requirement and selected candidates will be required to engage in a shortlisting process where further details of the role will be provided.
