Job Title: Technical Advisor
Objective:
The primary aim of this position is to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, service engineers, and sales partners.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate services and support for Liebherr products and services
* Deliver timely assistance to customers through various channels
* Provide on-site support in emergency cases
* Prepare and submit technical reports on project completion
* Train clients, employees, and apprentices on technical aspects
* Collaborate with internal departments to improve products and eliminate faults
* Liaise with the sales department and global network of sales partners to promote business opportunities
* Develop and maintain performance indicators and targets
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
* Experience in a similar technical support role
* Familiarity with PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD)
* Excellent organizational skills
