We're Hiring: QA Technologist – Food Manufacturing
Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Ready to take the next step in your QA career with a growing manufacturer? I'm working with an innovative company based in Meath that’s on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Technologist to join their team.
About the Role:
You'll play a key part in maintaining and improving the site’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving a proactive food safety culture. From supporting NPD and auditing to managing KPIs and working cross-functionally on continuous improvement, this is a varied and hands-on QA role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update QMS & HACCP systems
* Conduct internal audits and traceability exercises
* Support NPD, ingredient functionality, and supplier approval
* Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints
* Prepare the site for audits and ensure audit readiness
* Liaise with technical teams across the supply chain
What You Need:
* Degree in Food Science or related discipline
* Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* A passion for continuous improvement and working in a small, collaborative team
