This role involves guiding clients through workshops to understand their needs and define solution goals.
The successful candidate will also implement and tailor Business Central for finance, operations, and supply chain, while working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth solution implementation. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing documentation
* Testing strategies
* User training materials
The ideal candidate will possess a 3rd level education in related disciplines and relevant Microsoft certifications, along with 5 years of experience in a similar role working with BC. Demonstrable teamwork, communication, client engagement, and multitasking skills are also essential.
