We are seeking a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat cutting, preparation, and display, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
 * Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, etc.)
 * Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards
 * Ensure all meat is handled, stored, and displayed according to food safety regulations
 * Assist customers with meat selection, cutting requests, and cooking recommendations
 * Operate knives, saws, grinders, and other meat-processing equipment safely
 * Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
 * Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
 * Follow health, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Requirements
Qualifications:
 * Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience preferred (training may be provided)
 * Strong knife skills and knowledge of different cuts of meat
 * Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to [X] lbs)
 * Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
 * Good communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods
