The Role We're looking for a versatile and motivated professional who knows how to blend creativity with commercial thinking.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and digital marketing, a proven track record in sales or business development, and a genuine passion for the arts and live events.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for all events.
Manage print, radio, digital, social, email and outdoor advertising channels with an eye on budget, timing, and ROI.
Oversee content creation, including social media, promotional videos, blog posts, e-newsletters, and website updates.
Maintain and develop our website with a focus on user experience, SEO, and mobile optimisation.
Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, sponsorships, private events, and corporate hires.
Create bespoke sales packages for promoters, local businesses, tourism providers, and community partners.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture outbound sales opportunities.
Build lasting relationships with promoters, agents, producers, sponsors, and local enterprises.
Communications & PR Support in building strong media relationshipslocal and nationalsecuring event listings, editorial coverage, and interviews.
Write and distribute compelling press releases and collaborate with talent teams on PR coordination.
Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent tone of voice, visuals, and messaging across all assets.
Digital & Data Assist on paid social, Google Ads, influencer campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
Assist with reporting and on tracking analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ticketing Systems, CRM) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Maintain email marketing databases and segment lists for targeted communications.
Key Skills & Experience 46 years experience in marketing, communications, and/or sales within events, entertainment or the arts.
Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns with measurable results, across both traditional and digital platforms.
Strong track record of generating sales, building business relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to develop B2B partnerships, sponsorships, and venue hire opportunities, with a commercial mindset and strong lead generation skills across various channels.
Experience with ticketing systems, CRMs (e.g.
HubSpot, Mailchimp), and social scheduling tools such as Later or Meta Business Suite.
