Job Title: Digital Power FR Engineer
Job Location: Ireland
* Main Responsibilities:
o Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues.
o Support of the sales and solution team.
o Logging of issues reported by the customers.
o Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process by means of; kick-off meetings, hardware and software trainings and the acceptance test.
o Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary.
o You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue.
o Responsible for supporting second and third line support.
o Responsible for technical support of customers or its partners, independently or together with a technical support team.
o On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
o Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes.
* Requirements:
o With science or engineering education background, major in electricity, energy or mechanical, etc.
o Have technical and service working experience, have channel management experience.
o Knowledgeable or working experience of Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries and cultures.
o Ability to have insight into problems.
o Project operation skills.
o Excellent communication skills in English
