3. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.

4. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.

5. Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.

6. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

7. Report progress and key project milestones to senior management and stakeholders.

8. Oversee procurement processes and contract management.

9. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.

3. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

* Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the rail sector.

* Skills: Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

* Certifications: Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar. Knowledge of Irish rail industry standards and regulations is highly desirable. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

* Personal Qualities: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
