Providing IT solutions to over 45 countries across the globe, this is a really collaborative company that can offer excellent exposure in this Financial Controller job. Offering excellent flexibility with 1-2 days per week in the office and 3-4 days working from home, you will benefit from great work/life balance.Your new roleReporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will join an overall finance team of 5 people, and your role will very closely support the Head of Finance on both hands-on management of the finance function as well as strategic support. Your role will include but is not limited to:Responsibility for all accounting, financial, taxation and compliancePreparation of the board reporting pack for review by the Head of FinanceLead annual budget and rolling forecasting processMonthly management accounts including variance analysis and KPI reportingUpdating relevant accounting policies, including revenue recognitionWorking capital management and cashflow forecastingTake the lead on statutory accounts, managing any audit and taxation queriesAssist with grant applications, R&D and investment sourcingEnsuring full compliance across CSO, Revenue and managing compliance queries from Head Office overseasAssist with transfer pricing and intercompany accountingAssist with system modelling and systems implementation projectsSupport the Head of Finance with strategic and commercial decision-making, ensuring optimum efficiency and profitability across all elements.What you'll need to succeedThe Financial Controller will need to be a fully qualified accountant with 5+ years' PQEYou will ideally have experience in the IT/Tech/Telecoms sectorExperience with transfer pricing, intercompany, R&D, systems migrations would be highly advantageousYou will be a confident communicator who can collaborate with others and is confident to push back and challenge current processes in a constructive way to foster efficiency and collaborationA true partner to the Head of Finance, to other business departments and external stakeholdersWhat you'll get in returnYou will be rewarded with a salary range of €85,000 - €95,000, with the potential to flex to €100,000 for a superstar and the role includes benefits such as bonus, pension, healthcare, 26 days annual leave and very flexible hybrid working with only 1 or 2 days a week in the office. You will get excellent exposure across the finance function.
