The Role of Quality Manager is a vital position that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in quality management systems. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and adhering to industry best practice, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and implementing all aspects of the HARA, Food Safety, and Quality Management System
* Preparing for and hosting audits, customer visits, supplier visits, and visits from regulatory bodies
* Ensuring site readiness at all times for unannounced audits
Collaboration with Production Teams:
You will work closely with Production teams to ensure compliance with procedures and implement updates to industry standards. This collaboration is essential to maintaining high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of quality experience in the food industry
* Food production/technical/quality background
* ISO9001 knowledge (preferred but not essential)
* BRCGS knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Working Environment:
