About The Role & Team
As a Senior Information Designer / Technical Writer, you will create, maintain, and optimize user-centric documentation that promotes operational excellence and enhances end-user performance. Your focus will be on developing external and internal content such as user guides, configuration manuals, online help, and system/process documentation, enabling users to perform tasks effectively with minimal support.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to contribute to new product implementations and major system enhancements by designing clear, task-oriented content aligned with user needs, business goals, and documentation standards.

What You Will Do
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions with SMEs, developers, and process owners to align content scope with system changes and business objectives.
* Design and develop intuitive, task-based documentation that enables users to complete workflows efficiently and accurately.
* Translate complex technical concepts and workflows into clear, accessible content using a user-centric approach.
* Maintain, revise, and update content to reflect new product releases and enhancements, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
* Contribute to evolving documentation standards, templates, and content governance practices to support consistency and reusability.
* Manage multiple projects or large documentation efforts, applying project management principles to coordinate activities, dependencies, and timelines.
* Participate in peer reviews and cross-functional collaboration to uphold high-quality standards and continuously improve deliverables.
Qualifications
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing or developing training curricula.
* Background in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or related disciplines.
* Experience in Instructional Design, UX Design, or Content Design.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SMEs, developers, and product teams to align documentation with system changes and business goals.
* Experience managing multiple documentation projects, including scoping, scheduling, and tracking progress using project management principles.
* Familiarity with content governance, version control tools, and documentation standards, maintaining consistency across product releases.
