The Role
Lead financial restructuring engagements including liquidity reviews and independent business reviews (IBRs).
Advise clients on cash preservation, performance improvement, and turnaround strategies.
Support negotiations with key stakeholders such as lenders, investors, and management teams.
Conduct diagnostics and execute performance improvement workstreams.
Manage insolvency processes, including liquidations, receiverships, and examinerships.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
The Person
Essential
: Chartered Accountant or equivalent, with strong financial analysis and restructuring experience.
Skills
: Experience in managing complex restructuring assignments, operational turnarounds, and stakeholder engagement.
Competencies
: Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
