General Operators in Leaflets Cork Shift work Reporting to: Shift Leads Location: Cork Site Responsibilities: Ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and safe environment Adhere strictly to all established Standard Operational Procedures and quality standards Completing production documentation, logs and batch records Operating production machinery and equipment safety and efficiently Performing routine machine setup, adjustments and basic troubleshooting Conducting visual inspections and basic quality tests, identifying defects and reporting deviations from standards Monitoring production output to meet quality and productivity targets Engagement with H&S training and demonstrate personal accountability by applying all health & safety rules and guidelines in your daily tasks and promoting safe working behaviours Reporting of any incidents to Shift Leads in a timely manner Experience and Skills: Ability to organise and manage schedules issued Attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must in this role Ability to handle a busy workload and deliver results to time in a challenging role Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritise and multi-task Enthusiastic attitude and quick learner Teamworking and flexible mindset Training will be provided for this role.
