About the RoleThis is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, professional, and supportive team environment.The Client Services Administrator plays a vital role in providing end-to-end administrative and client service support to our Financial Advisors and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of life, pension, and investment services — from new business onboarding to existing policy servicing and compliance management.The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised, and a confident communicator, with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client care.You will work as part of a structured team covering:New Business: Onboarding new clients, AML verification, compliance file preparation, and progressing cases through to policy issuance.Existing Business: Managing LOAs, TOAs, policy summaries, fund switches, top-ups, address changes, encashments, death claims, receipts, post, and admin mailbox queries.Group Schemes & Self-Administered Pensions: Supporting group business and liaising with pensioneer trustees (experience in this area is advantageous but not essential).Training and mentoring will be provided, but experience in life, pensions, and investment administration is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare New Business documentation and manage new business cases through to issuance.Prepare and process Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Transfer of Agency (TOA) requests.Manage client onboarding, AML verification, and full compliance file preparation.Prepare Client Summary Reports, policy summaries, and documentation for advisor and client review.Handle fund switches, top-ups, premium changes, cancellations, and other policy servicing requests.Administer retirement, death, and serious illness claims through to completion.Maintain accurate client and company records using BIS, CRM systems, and life company portals.Respond promptly and professionally to client and provider queries by phone, email, and in person.Produce and reconcile Self-Admin Reports and resolve any data or product issues.Collaborate closely with colleagues and advisors to enhance workflow efficiency and client experience.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum APA (Life & Pensions) qualification, working toward QFA required.Proven experience in life, pension, and investment administration within a brokerage, advisory, or provider environment.Strong understanding of financial products and compliance frameworks (including AML and CPC requirements).Proficiency in using BIS, CRM systems, and life company portals (Zurich, Irish Life, Aviva, New Ireland, etc.).Experience with self-administered pensions or group schemes is a distinct advantage.Key Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and document management.Highly organised, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confident dealing with clients both by phone and in person.Positive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.What We OfferFull-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm).Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including:Pension SchemeIncome ProtectionDeath in Service cover23 days annual leave, plus public holidays.Ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and full QFA qualification support.A collaborative, team-focused environment with opportunities for career growth and progression.Join Our TeamIf you're an organised, client-focused professional with a strong background in life, pensions, and investments — and a desire to grow your career in a progressive financial services firm — we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,500.00-€38,500.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingSick payWellness programApplication question(s):Do you live within 30km of our offices at 13 Crowe Street, Dundalk, Co.
