Role Overview
This Sales role involves obtaining sales within personal and commercial lines of business, providing exceptional customer service and working closely with the brand manager and sales team.
Daily Responsibilities
* Achieve targets by prospecting and upselling products while establishing new client accounts.
* Handle customer queries and refer unresolved or technical issues to the relevant department.
* Pursue industry qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD) hours as necessary.
* Show flexibility and participate in various office tasks.
* Perform renewal follow-ups, revisions, and identify sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Association of Personal Insurance Brokers (APA) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.
* Completion of CPD hours in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Sales and customer service experience required.
* Previous insurance/financial services experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
