Accounting & Tax Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional looking to take a senior role with autonomy and a varied client portfolio.
The Role
This is a
non-audit position
offering a broad and engaging workload across accounts and tax.
You will manage a portfolio of clients across different sectors, delivering accurate, timely, and commercially focused advice.
Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of statutory and management accounts
Managing corporate and personal tax compliance
Providing practical, value-added advisory support to clients
Monitoring workflow and ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved
Acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients
Supporting and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work and contributing to their professional development
Candidate Profile
ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
Strong background within an accountancy practice
Excellent technical knowledge across accounts preparation and tax
Organised, proactive, and confident in managing client relationships
Experience supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous
What's on Offer
Competitive Dublin salary of €55,000 – €70,000 (DOE)
